Our camp program is designed to support riders at every stage of their equestrian journey. Each level builds on the last, ensuring students develop confidence, safety, and strong foundational skills before progressing. When signing up for a week of camp you can use these descriptions to assist in describing your child's riding level
Never Ridden
This level is perfect for brand‑new riders with no prior horse experience
Novice — Walk/Trots on Lunge Line
Novice Riders are comfortable at the walk and are ready to start working on the lunge line at a trot, developing their posting trot
Advanced Beginner — Walk/Post Trot Off Lunge Line
Riders are working independently off the lunge line. They can steer while maintaining a working posting trot
Intermediate — Walk/Post Trot/Canter on Lunge Line
Intermediate riders are at the stage where they are comfortably and confidently giving correct subtle aids at the walk and trot. They are starting to learn how to canter on the lunge line.
Advanced — Walk/Post Trot/Canter
Advanced riders work independently at all three gaits with confidence and control. Instruction focuses on refining technique, improving the effectiveness of aids, and developing precision through patterns, pole work, and discipline‑specific skills
Our horse camps are an unforgettable experience for riders of all ages and skill levels, designed to combine education, adventure, and plenty of fun. Each camper begins their day with a private one-on-one riding lesson, tailored to their individual needs and goals. These lessons not only build confidence in the saddle but also teach valuable horsemanship skills that extend beyond riding.
Afternoons are packed with exciting activities that keep campers engaged and smiling. From bareback riding and in-hand groundwork to grooming and bonding with our equine partners, every moment is hands-on and interactive. Campers also enjoy learning fascinating facts about horses—such as different breeds, colors, and care techniques—while participating in creative projects like arts and crafts.
The week concludes with a friendly showcase, where riders demonstrate their new skills for family and friends. It’s a wonderful opportunity for campers to celebrate their progress, cheer on their peers, and share their love of horses with their loved ones.
No prior riding experience is required—our camps are welcoming to beginners and seasoned riders alike. Safety is always our priority, and we provide helmets and boots for all campers.
Whether your child dreams of becoming a skilled rider or simply wants to spend a week surrounded by horses, our camps offer the perfect blend of learning, laughter, and lasting memories.
